Welcome to MEMEX®. By using our app or services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use MEMEX.

MEMEX is a product of NBX-USA LLC, based at 20803 Biscayne Boulevard, Aventura, FL 33180. We provide a personal assistant app that uses on-device AI to summarize your notifications and help you stay in control. MEMEX leverages OpenAI’s ChatGPT to generate responses based on your inputs.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use MEMEX. If you’re under 18, use MEMEX only with parental or guardian consent. You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You may use MEMEX for your own personal, non-commercial use. Don’t use it in any way that’s illegal, harmful, or abusive, or that violates someone else’s rights. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or repurpose our systems or data.

When you use MEMEX, you may provide input (e.g., your notification data) and receive AI-generated output (“Content”). You remain responsible for your Content. We do not claim ownership, and we do not use your Content to train models.

MEMEX uses ChatGPT, an AI model developed by OpenAI. Output from MEMEX is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or misleading. You must not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. MEMEX is not a substitute for professional advice.

MEMEX processes data locally on your device whenever possible. Some features may require temporary data exchange with our servers or OpenAI’s systems. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

MEMEX is provided “as is,” with no warranties or guarantees. NBX-USA LLC disclaims all liability to the fullest extent allowed by law. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of MEMEX.

You can stop using MEMEX anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the app or breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
